Approval Transactions

The Approval Transactions entity provides data columns about each timecard approval transaction, including who approved the transaction (manager or employee), if the approval was applied to the timecard, and when the timecard was approved. The data is returned per approval per day. Therefore, if a manager is approving an employee's timecard for a five-day work period, the data will return five rows, one row for every day that was approved in the time period.

Data Granularity

Provides one row per employee and approved day for the selected time period.
