Pay Period
The Pay Period entity provides the data columns necessary to understand the start and end date for the previous, current, and next pay periods. The length of the pay period is defined by an employee's assigned pay rule. Note that the previous, current, and next pay periods are always based on the current date and not on a selected time frame (for example, you cannot look back three weeks in history and extract data for the current pay period at that time).
