Schedule Call Log

The Schedule Call log entity allows users to create a Dataview or report that returns information regarding outcomes (call log entries) that are associated with individual employees. This allows managers to track employee responses to outcomes such as offered shifts to ensure that company rules have been followed.

Data Granularity

Provides one row per employee per outcome.
